Zhejiang Foreign Service Corp (ZFSC) was established in 1984 with affiliation to the Foreign Affairs Office of the People's Government of Zhejiang Province. It is the most influential state owned entity in Zhejiang Province to provide comprehensive, international business related services, especially in human resource services, with a registered capital of 5 million Yuan and annual overall sales of over 100 million Yuan.
