9.控制包材规格，负责调试机器参数；
10.负责工艺改进申请（PCA），优化工艺，提供工程支持；
资历要求：
1.大学本科学历，化学类相关专业；
2.至少5年以上生产或维修工作经验；
3.熟练掌握化学生产工艺和设备技术；
4.熟练使用英语进行口语和书面交流；
5.良好的沟通技能和解决问题的能力；
6.掌握EHS，QA/QC，原料，成本控制，工程等方面基本知识。
