The Postpone of Registration should provide the following documents:
1．“Application Form for Alteration of Foreign Company Residential Representative Office”
2．The Approval from the approval office. （Just some special corporation）
3．The copy of the foreign company’s Registration or Certificate and the Credit Capital Certification.
4． The last year’s Annual Report signed by the Chief Representative.
5． The original of the Registration and the Chief Representative’s Working Card.
