Customr Technology Specialist 客户技术专员 (杭州)
To prospect, sell, implement and provide training on FedEx transportation applications to internal and external customers; to retain customers and increase automated volume and revenues through selling the stand-alone and integrated transportation applications. To train, retrain and assist in account penetration strategies in the FedEx customer base within an assigned area and support customers with the objective to maximize automated customer base and generate revenue for FedEx
   Minimum Requirements
Minimum Requirements
1 Bachelor's degree or equivalent* in related discipline.
2 Two (2) years related professional experience in customer contact or technical application environment.
3 Demonstrated knowledge of personal computer systems & client server technology.
4 Knowledge of FedEx COSMOS, CHEERS and manifest systems.
5 Fluency in English and local language (verbal and written) if countries' first language is
not English.
